Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect / Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms, including Customer Portals, Mobile Applications, and Agent Console solutions.
The candidate will collaborate with Client Architects and Technical Leads across multiple technology domains including React, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure, and Security teams to define and finalize end-to-end solution architecture and ensure successful delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Web, Mobile, and Agent Console applications.
* Collaborate with client architects and technology leads to define solution design and integration strategies.
* Provide technical leadership across frontend, middleware, cloud, and enterprise integration layers.
* Define API integration patterns using MuleSoft.
* Collaborate with Salesforce teams for downstream integrations.
* Ensure security implementation using Okta, OAuth2, OIDC, and PKCE.
* Work with Azure teams on cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
* Drive architecture governance, technical reviews, and best practices.
* Mentor engineering teams and coordinate across distributed teams.

Mandatory Experience:
* 10+ years of IT experience.
* Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership.
* Experience delivering enterprise digital applications.
* Strong understanding of React, React Native, Azure, MuleSoft, and Salesforce ecosystems.
* Experience working with multi-channel applications (Web, Mobile, Agent Console).
* Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
