Role: Lead .NET Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote
Experience: 5+ Years (8+ preferred with leadership exposure)
What You’ll Do
Technical Leadership
- Lead full stack application design, development & delivery
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices
- Define architecture standards and development guidelines
Full Stack Development
- Build backend systems using .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC (mandatory)
- Develop dynamic frontends using
- JavaScript & Angular
- Design RESTful APIs and integrate external systems
US Healthcare Expertise
- Work with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, EDI (837/835) standards
- Ensure compliance, data privacy, and security
- Build solutions aligned with healthcare workflows
Architecture & Performance
- Design scalable, secure, high-performance systems
- Contribute to microservices & cloud architecture
- Optimize performance and ensure high availability
Collaboration
- Work with product owners, business analysts & stakeholders
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps & UI/UX teams
DevOps & Quality
- Implement CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure code quality through testing frameworks
- Troubleshoot complex production issues
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in .NET / .NET Core
- Expertise in ASP.NET MVC
- Proficiency in JavaScript & Angular
- Hands-on experience with FHIR
- Strong background in US Healthcare domain
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer
- Science/Engineering or related field
- Strong expertise in C#, Web APIs, RESTful services
- Experience with SQL Server & Entity Framework
- Hands-on with Git
Nice to Have
- Cloud experience (Azure / AWS)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
